The Nashik police arrested the son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) corporator Sumantai Ohal at Upnagar for possessing three swords, two sickles, one chopper and a wooden baton on Tuesday.
The Nashik police arrested the son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) corporator Sumantai Ohal at Upnagar for possessing three swords, two sickles, one chopper and a wooden baton on Tuesday.
The MNS corporator's son Lalit Ohal kept these arms in a community hall hosting a Ganeshotsav at Upnagar, the police said.
The community hall was raided, arms were seized, Lalit Ohal was arrested and a case was registered against him for illegally possessing arms, the police said.
