Deranged Diner Gets Into Squabble Over Sauce At McDonald’s, Shoots Fellow Customer
Wesley Bullock shot a fellow customer after he did not receive his packet of sauce with his order.

A crazy McDonald’s customer fired a gun at another patron inside the outlet’s restaurant because he did not get sauce with his order, police in the US state of Florida said.

A report by the New York Post said the deranged diner Wesley Bullock, 48, choked the patron before shooting off his little finger. He was charged with aggravated battery and burglary. The incident occurred in Zephyrhills, Florida last week.

The attack happened when the victim of the assault tried to stop his would-be attacker from getting into an already heated altercation going on between the would-be attacker and the restaurant employee. Bullock had walked up to the drive-up window at the restaurant and was screaming at the McDonald’s employee because he didn’t get his sauce.

Police said that that was when he went off and grabbed the victim by the throat and punched him. They got into a brawl but McDonald’s staffers were able to break up the scuffle.

Bullock did not give up and followed the other patron to a nearby Speedway gas station. He got out of his car and then pointed a silver handgun at the man but the weapon misfired.

He was still undeterred. He then allegedly pistol-whipped the victim and re-cocked the gun ready to fire again. The news report said that the two men got into a life-and-death fight over the gun.

“[The victim] stated it was at that time he grabbed the pistol and fought Bullock for control over it because he was in fear of his life. [He] stated he believed he was going to die,” an affidavit reviewed by broadcaster WRBW.

Bullock managed to fire one shot that struck the victim’s little finger. He managed to get the gun away from his attacker, threw it in his car and called the police.

Bullock was arrested after surveillance camera footage confirmed the victim’s account. He remains held at the Pasco County Jail on a $400,000 bond.
