But Matteo may earn more if it has a mutation or trait. Mutations are granted to the Brainrot when it spawns. Common mutations include Gold (x1.25 multiplier), Diamond (x1.5 multiplier), Rainbow (x10 multiplier), and Yin Yang (x7.5 multiplier). Some mutations only occur during events. Traits are given to a Brainrot during special events. To improve your chances: Be in a public server during milestones, like when the game reaches a certain number of likes. (Brainrot Gods are guaranteed to spawn at certain milestones, but they will not spawn in private servers.) Server Luck must be purchased and enabled by server admins.

Steal Matteo from other players. The game is called “Steal a Brainrot” for a reason—but expect players with a Brainrot God to guard their bases carefully. Have each person pick up a Matteo, then go as a group to the red conveyor belt and stand so you’re all stacked on top of each other. The Matteos will merge into a huge tree, and the weather will change to a thunderstorm. Smaller trees will spawn, and a Secret-tier Los Matteos will spawn on the conveyor belt. Players can use the smaller trees as weapons to fight for the Los Matteos. It costs $100M to purchase the Los Matteos, and it earns $300K/second. During the thunderstorm, lightning may strike a Brainrot. If that happens, it will get a black hat and a x5 Matteo mutation.
