The trailer of Aayush Sharma’s Ruslaan has finally dropped and it combines action and emotion in a skilful way, making the film one of the most anticipated releases. Aayush’s brother-in-law and superstar Salman Khan took to his Instagram to share the trailer and penned a heartfelt note for him.
Salman wrote, “Aayush, can see the hard work, effort and dedication put into Ruslaan, no matter what just keep giving it your best. Hard work will always pay off. God bless and wish u all the best. Roaring in cinemas on 26th April 2024."

The trailer shows Aayush being beaten up and tortured. In the voice-over, Aayush says that when someone fights for their identity, they either lose everything or they make sure that everyone remembers their name. The trailer shows us that the film is set in Mumbai and that Aayush’s character is that of a music teacher.
In 2018, Aayush entered the Bollywood scene with the romantic comedy film “Loveyatri," starring alongside debutant Warina Hussain. The movie, produced by Salman Khan and directed by Abhiraj Maniawala, did not resonate well with the audience, marking a lacklustre performance at the box office. His most recent appearance was in the 2021 film “Antim," where he shared the screen with Salman Khan.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Aayush had earlier shared about his struggles in the film industry despite being Salman Khan’s brother-in-law. He said, “I know I’m married into a film family but that’s different. I saw the industry from the outside and it looked very glamourous. I felt things would be easy after the launch. I felt that one movie would change my life. However, that was the biggest bubble that was burst. Launch helps you but then you have to go there every Friday to prove yourself again and again."
Directed by Karan L Butani and produced by Sri Sathya Sai Arts, Ruslaan stars Aayush Sharma, Sushrii Mishraa, Jagapathi Babu, and Vidya Malvade. It’s scheduled to be released on April 26.
