Rubina Dilaik marked her debut in Punjabi film with Chal Bhajj Chaliye which released in theatres on April 5. A day ahead of the film’s release, Rubina hosted a grand screening of her film which was attended by many celebrities. Among the notable stars were Jannat Zubair, Faisu, Karishma Tanna, and Rajiv Adatia. During the screening, the former Bigg Boss winner also indulged in a quick chat session with Instant Bollywood during which she revealed with whom she would want to elope if given a chance.
Rubina, when asked about the name of an actor with whom she would want to run away, replied, “I would want to go on a vacation with Priyanka Chopra and I would just say ‘Chal Bhajj Chaliye.” As the journalist asked to name a male actor, Rubina said, “Ranveer Singh.” The actress, further, emphasised on the reason behind the same and noted, “I think our fashion sense is quite similar. I really want to have a fashion face off on the streets of Milan with him.”

Rubina Dilaik’s Punjabi debut film Chal Bhajj Chaliye is directed by Sunil Thakur. It features Inder Chahal, Mahabir Bhullar, and Gurpreet Bhangu, among others apart from Rubina in the pivotal role. The movie’s trailer was released weeks ago and viewers had been waiting for its release since then.
Earlier, Rubina made her debut in the Hindi film industry with the movie Ardh. It featured her alongside Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani. The film was directed by Palash Muchhal. As far as her television career is concerned, the actress achieved the milestones of success with her unforgettable performances in shows like Ishq Mein Marjawan, Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev, Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Chotti Bahu, among others. She went on to prove her mettle in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Khatron Ke Khiladi and even won the title of Bigg Boss Season 14 winner.
On the personal front, Rubina is married to actor Abhinav Shukla. The couple became parents to twin daughters Jeeva and Eedha last year. The duo often shares adorable pictures with their kids, giving a glimpse of their fun-filled moments with the newborns.
