Britney Spears’ Family Concerned Over Her Closeness With Paul Soliz: ‘This Isn’t Going To End Well’

After her highly publicised split from Sam Asghari in 2023, Britney Spears has grown increasingly close to her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Paul Soliz. Recently, she’s been quite active on social media, with an insider revealing that Paul has taken on the role of “her full-time videographer and social media manager.” He encourages her to create fresh content for Instagram while handling the editing and uploading. However, this relationship appears to be straining her ties with her family, as reports suggest that Britney is willing to distance herself from them for Paul, despite their turbulent past.

Speaking with In Touch Weekly, the insider said, “Britney is totally addicted to the attention she gets on social media, and Paul is completely feeding into it. He’s taken on this job as her full-time videographer and social media manager and is always encouraging her to shoot stuff, which he then edits and posts for her. It’s the last thing she needs but he’s feeding her ego and making himself indispensable in her eyes.”

The source mentioned that Britney Spears and Paul Soliz have been spending a lot of time together, indulging in alcohol and unhealthy snacks while keeping late hours, which has led Britney to sleep until the afternoon. Some of her staff members, too, have reportedly quit, unable to tolerate Paul’s presence. Britney’s brother, Bryan, has made several attempts to intervene and end their relationship. Despite Britney breaking up with Paul multiple times, he always finds a way back into her life. Currently, she is reportedly prioritising her relationship with Paul over her brother and others.

“She swears that this is what she wants. It’s very worrying for obvious reasons, not least because Paul has a terrible track record and a history of dealing drugs. If she doesn’t snap out of this and realise he’s not good for her, this isn’t going to end well. There’s just no way around it,” the source added.

Britney Spears and Paul Soliz first crossed paths when he was the singer’s housekeeper. Their relationship developed in 2023, following Britney’s divorce from Sam Asghari.
