– Oil Pulling

Coconut and mustard oil are considered to be the best oil for their microbial properties. Take a tablespoon of coconut or mustard oil. Rinse it in your mouth for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse your mouth with warm water and brush your teeth. This will help in removing the tartar on the teeth and will begin to decrease and improve your oral health.
– Baking Soda
Baking soda is known for its whitening properties that help in the removal of tartar buildup on teeth. All you need to do is mix one tablespoon of baking soda with two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. Apply this to your teeth and brush gently for two minutes. Rinse with cool water. Do this twice or thrice a week for immediate results.
– Alum and salt

Then brush your teeth regularly. Do this once a week and the yellow stains will vanish and your teeth will become brighter.
– Charcoal
Activated charcoal is yet another ingredient you can use for whitening your teeth. Dip your brush in water and then add charcoal powder to it. Brush your teeth gently for two minutes and rinse your mouth. Use this once or twice a week.
