New Delhi: A day after campaigning ended and a day before the national capital votes, Bharatiya Janata Party's chief ministerial candidate in Delhi Kiran Bedi is taking time to relax.
Bedi will be in her constituency Krishna Nagar for the entire day to celebrate the hard work that has been put in for the polls. "Whatever the result be, we will be celebrating the hard work. This hard work must continue and convert into work for the society. Today I will be spending time with the people who supported me all through," Bedi said.
Bedi is fighting from Krishna Nagar, which is considered a stronghold of the BJP. On the last day of her campaigning on Thursday, she was missing from her own roadshow in the constituency for almost half of the distance.
The roadshow began around 2 PM from Arjun Nagar in an open jeep without Bedi and ended around 800 metres before the destined place due to lack of time. The rally was initially led by her daughter Chandni as the former could not reach on time because she was campaigning in other constituencies as well.
