The girl was raped on February 26 and now has now been asked to leave her village by the villagers
Kolkata: A tribal girl was allegedly raped at gun-point on February 26 in Birbhum, West Bengal and has now been asked to leave her village by the village chief and elders.
Her house was ransacked and she was threatened that she would be paraded naked if she continued stay in the village.
The police has intervened but the villagers are adamant saying that she has brought a bad name to the tribe and the village.
Earlier two people were arrested for the alleged rape case after the girl filed an FIR.
