Victim of attack misses exam

A victim of the Padil homestay attack, who was barred from taking exams by her college, did not appear for both the papers, sources told Express.

With Thursday being a holiday on account of Raksha Bhandan, the internal examinations are likely to end on Friday or Saturday, sources informed on condition of anonymity.

Meanwhile, police have sought information from colleges on private paying guest hostels for men and women in a prescribed format.

 The principals were contacted and asked to furnish the address and cellphone numbers of owners running these PG hostels.
