CHENNAI: The central crime branch has arrested three persons for impersonating as the owner of a property and selling land worth Rs 75 lakh at Uthandi on Thursday.Sivakumar, Raman and Chitra were arrested for posing as Meera Mangundha of Anna Nagar and using her property’s parent document to sell it for Rs 17 lakh. Meera had pledged the document for Rs 5 lakh to Dharmalingam, whose daughter-in-law Parimala, who had issues with his son, stole it and posed as the owner to sell the property.
