Barzan Ibrahim al-Tikriti and Awad Ahmed al-Bandar recieved the same sentence as the late Iraqi dictator for ordering the killing of 148 Shias in Dujail in the 1980s.
Iraq is still volatile as mobile phone images showing Saddam being taunted moments before his execution has angered members the Sunni minority and increased sectarian tension.
