Rashmika Mandanna Sports A Big Smile In New Year Post, Fans Ask If Vijay Deverakonda Is The Photographer

Rashmika Mandanna, with her massive fan following, often makes headlines for her rumoured relationship with Vijay Deverakonda. The actress recently shared a video of herself soaking in the sun on the first day of 2024, and fans feel that the reason behind her happiness is none other than Vijay Deverakonda, who might have been behind the camera.

Sharing the video, Rashmika wrote, “Happy new year… hehe ✨”. Rashmika radiated positivity in an olive green co-ord set, comprising a top and skirt. Her hair flowing freely, she complemented the look with stylish black shades. One of the fans speculated, “Vijay Devarakonda is taking the videooo,” in the comments section. “Definitely Vijay must be shooting her. She is happy,” read another comment.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s dating rumours have been making headlines for a long time now. Earlier, in December, the actress took to her Instagram stories and shared a cryptic quote that read, “I just want to tell you, thank you for coming into my life.” Sharing the post, Rashmika also dropped a white-heart emoji.

While Rashmika Mandanna did not tag or mention anybody in her stories, fans are convinced that the message is for her alleged boyfriend, Vijay Deverakonda. “They are like rab ne bana di jodi,” one of the fans wrote. Another user asked them to “get married soon.” “That’s so sweet of her,” a third comment read.

Earlier last year, during the promotions of Animal, Rashmika’s co-star Ranbir Kapoor also seemingly confirmed her relationship with Vijay. The two appeared on Unstoppable with NBK to promote Animal with Sandeep Reddy Vanga when Ranbir shared a never-before-known scoop about Rashmika and Vijay.

The conversation about Vijay came up when Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna asked Sandeep and Rashmika to pick one movie between Arjun Reddy and Animal. Ranbir asked Rashmika to pick who she believes is a better actor — her ‘reel hero’ (hinting at himself) or her ‘real hero’ (hinting at Vijay). When Rashmika refused to participate, Nandamuri asked Sandeep to dial Vijay’s number. “Sir, let Rashmika call, Vijay won’t pick (Sandeep’s) call,” Ranbir teased, leaving Rashmika blushing.

During the interaction, Ranbir also revealed, “Sandeep met Rashmika for the first time at Arjun Reddy’s success party on Vijay’s terrace.” He even hinted that Rashmika has a special nickname for Vijay. Following this, Rashmika asked Ranbir not to share all the information.

However, neither Rashmika nor Vijay have confirmed or accepted their relationship.
