Sisodia said he was acting on complaints that teachers do not show up on time and that students are left to fend for themselves.
New Delhi: Education Minister Manish Sisodia conducted a surprise inspection of a school in Shahdara on Monday. The Minister while inspecting the quality of the mid-day meals reportedly found insects in the food.
He said he was acting on complaints that teachers do not show up on time and that students are left to fend for themselves.
"I had heard complaints and all that is true. Teachers don't come by 11 am. Students told me that they are taking care of themselves. The quality of food is bad. I could see insects in rice," he said.
