Jagan saying half-truths: TDP

HYDERABAD: The Telugu Desam has accused YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of saying half-truths on his father YS Rajasekhara Reddy's corruption.Talking with reporters here on Monday, party spokesman A Revanth Reddy  wondered why Jagan had preferred to speak with select English TV channels earlier in the day. "Perhaps Jagan thought Delhi-based TV  journalists did not know the facts. He never talked with the local media here." Reddy said Jagan claimed that Bharati Cements distributed profits to those who parked their money with it. "It is true Jagan distributed  profits. But he did not say that all those who received profits  invested their money in the loss-making Sakshi daily and Sakshi TV." Jagan was saying that all the decisions, which were under the scanner of the CBI and other agencies now, were collective decisions of the then cabinet. Then he should write an open letter to the CBI demanding that all members of the YSR cabinet also be probed, he said.Revanth Reddy alleged that YSR had taken key decisions in three ways _ he threatened ministers to approve some of his decisions. In some cases, he put his cabinet colleagues in the dark while taking decisions. In some other cases, he told officers to do things saying there was no need for cabinet ratification.
