Nithin started his career as the main lead with Teja's 'Jayam'. He rose to fame with his first film and went on to work with ace directors like VV Vinayak, SS Rajamouli and K Raghavendra Rao. After a few average films he gave a superhit film 'Ishq'. He celebrates his 31st birthday today.

He is known for his hardworking nature and versatile roles in his career. His upcoming film is 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyindhe'. He is confident of the hit of the movie.

"I have learnt so much from the failures. I have done some mistakes before 'Ishq' and I will not repeat them. I will do the characters which will suit me and my age from now on.
