Hyderabad: A 46-year-old man has been caught on CCTV camera sexually abusing a minor girl in Hyderabad. The incident came to light after after a technician was taking a backup of the the footage and saw the horrific act and informed the police about it.
The police have filed a suo moto case after observing the CCTV footage. The accused has been arrested.
The accused used to sexually abuse the four-year-old girl at his residence situated at Chunne ki Bati, Jahnuma. The incident was recorded in CCTV camera installed at his residence.
The person who informed the policce had observed the incident in the footage and informed to the South Zone Police about the incident.
A case has been registered at Police Station Shah Ali Banda under Section 377 IPC, 363 IPC, 366 IPC, 419 IPC, 534 (A)(1) (i) of Nirbhaya Act and Section 5 R/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences(POCSO) Act.
