Bomb threat at Satyam theatre

New Delhi: A theatre complex in West Delhi was on Saturday night evacuated and searched after police received an anomymous call about a bomb being placed there.

Bomb disposal squads and sniffer dogs were rushed to Satyam multiplex in Patel Nagar after the threatening call was received at 1945 hrs (IST), Delhi Police said.

A search is underway at the complex, which was rocked by a bomb explosion last year.

Police had carried out extensive searches at the theatre last week after a bomb threat, which later turned out to be hoax.
