CHENNAI: Anoo’s International Beauty School is currently accepting applications for India’s first and only MSc in Cosmetology. The course focuses on basic and advanced levels of skin and hair care, weight management, makeup, salon services and management and many others in the field. The curriculum gives equal weight to theory and practical sessions and the students gain hands-on experience by working in the salons under the supervision of an instructor. The courses are also regularly upgraded in tandem with changes in the beauty industry. The school is India’s first and only MSc course in Cosmetology in collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. A graduate of any discipline is eligible to apply for the course, which is spread across two years involving four semesters. Students will be taken through 2500 hours of theory and practicals.
