26/11 Report rescheduled after house adjournment

Mumbai: The Ram Pradhan Committee report on the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks which was scheduled to be tabled in the Maharashtra assembly on Monday has been postponed to house adjournment.

Along with the report, details on 'action taken' was also be tabled.

Mumbai Police Commissioner Hasan Gafoor was removed from his post after he was indicted by this report on security lapses during the terror attacks.

It says Gafoor failed to take charge of the situation during the terrorist attacks, strategise and take decisions.

The report stated that the police's actions were uncoordinated, were not professional enough and had several lapses.
