Using the Tombstone of L and D
Enable testingcheats. Press Ctrl+⇧ Shift+C, type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat box, and hit ↵ Enter.
Shift-click your Sim. A pie menu should come up with various options that weren't there before.
Find Spawn. Select it; then find and select Tombstone of L and D. A tombstone will appear nearby.
Click on the tombstone, and find and click Make me Alien Pregnant. This will impregnate your Sim with an alien baby, and will begin the three-day pregnancy period.
Going Cheatless
Purchase the Farstar e3 telescope. It's the expensive "chunky" telescope. This is the only telescope where abductions will occur without using cheats; the smaller telescope doesn't work for this.
Send an adult male Sim to stargaze during the night. He needs to stargaze nightly; the chances of alien abduction are naturally very low, so the more often he stargazes, the more likely he is to be abducted.
Wait for your Sim to be abducted. As long as there's space in the household and the Sim is a male who isn't within six days of aging up, he will return pregnant.
Consider forcing abduction. If you need an alien pregnancy quickly or are simply impatient, consider forcing the abduction to occur. There are two ways of doing this, depending on what expansions you have. If you have FreeTime: Get the "Summon Aliens" lifetime reward if your Sim is a Knowledge Sim. You should be able to have your Sim summon aliens through the telescope, which greatly increases the chance of abduction. If you haven't installed Seasons or any later expansions: Enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, then shift-click the telescope and hit DEBUG - Get Abducted. This will not work if you're running Seasons or later.
