I Don't Care If Manchester United Have to Pay Record Fee for Pogba: Agent
It is believed that a new bid closer to 125 million euros ($137.6 million) - a world record transfer fee - for the Frenchman would likely be accepted by Juventus.

Turin: Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has said he does not care if English football club Manchester United has to pay a world record transfer fee for his client and added he is only trying to get the best deal for the Frenchman.

Pogba joined Juventus from United in 2012 on a free transfer but since then he has gone on to become one of the best in the business. He has also played a massive role in helping the Italian giants win four back-to-back Serie A titles.

According to reports, the 23-year-old’s transfer fee can reach around a record-breaking $130 million.

But Raiola said the gigantic amount is something he is not concerned about.

"For me, I do not give a damn about record transactions," Raiola was quoted as saying by Corriere dello Sport on Friday.

"The newspapers write that Pogba can set the record, but I've already made records with (Zlatan) Ibrahimovic and (Pavel) Nedved," he added.

"I want the best for my players and therefore also for Pogba. There are certain things I only discuss with my clients and they know how things are."

United had a bid in the region of 100 million euros ($110 million) rejected on Tuesday, according to Sky Sport Italia, when Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta met the English club's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and Raiola.

It is believed that a new bid closer to 125 million euros ($137.6 million) - a world record transfer fee - would likely be accepted by Juventus.
