WWE Announces Schedule For WrestleMania Week; Ticket Sale Starts Soon
WWE WrestleMania XL will take place at the Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia.

With WrestleMania scheduled to be held in April 2024, WWE has released the official schedule for the other events of the week. Wrestling fans eagerly wait for the annual event of WrestleMania and the company tries to match their expectations, coming up with new surprises every year. WWE is set to host the yearly Hall of Fame induction ceremony in the WrestleMania weekend following a special episode of Friday Night SmackDown on April 5. The WWE NXT: Stand & Deliver will be broadcast the next day before the first night of WrestleMania XL kicks off. On April 8, Monday, fans will get to enjoy the annual episode of the WWE RAW.

All of these events will take place at the Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia. WWE has enabled the opportunity for spectators to watch all events on a single ticket. Pre-sale of the three-day combo tickets will begin on November 15, while the general public will be able to purchase the same from November 17.

In celebration of WrestleMania 40, WWE and Fanatics Events will collaborate this time to provide fans with “a first-of-its-kind, multi-day WWE fan and collector event in the heart of Philadelphia.” It is unclear whether this will be an extension of WWE’s Axxess events or something entirely different from the customary fan experience.

WWE confirmed the venue for the WrestleMania 40 (XL) earlier in July. The wrestling extravaganza will be hosted at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. This is the second time that WrestleMania will take place in the largest city of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia was previously the venue for the WrestleMania XV in 1999. According to media records, WWE has already sold more than 90,000 tickets for the upcoming WrestleMania event and it is a record in terms of ticket sales.

The roster of WrestleMania 40 may feature a title clash between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, who has kept his eyes on the WWE Universal Championship for quite some time now. Rhodes has been desperate to get the better of Reigns since losing to the Tribal Chief earlier this year. Both wrestlers went head-to-head on the October 13th episode of SmackDown. Following the battle, Reigns has defended his title on several occasions, with the latest against LA Knight at Crown Jewel.
