When it comes to buying houses or any other property, the buyer often thinks about the justification of the price that is associated with it. Netizens were bewildered to know the price of a 2-room house in Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. The price set by the owner was too low if the locality was taken into consideration. However, when the potential buyers took a look at the interiors of the house, they were shocked and ran back to browsing other houses. The low price compensates for the poor interior of the house. Instead of good couches and other facilities, the house is filled with car parts and it feels like a garage. The pictures of the interior have gone viral now.
According to the report in the Mirror, this 2-room house is being sold for 95,000 pounds, i.e., approximately Rs 99 lakh. The price may seem high for Indians and English residents, but considering the location of Yarmouth, the cost of the house is too low if compared with the price listing of the adjacent houses in the area. The house looks lavish from the outside.
The interiors, however, spoil the fun. As per reports, the buyers claim that as soon as you enter the house, you will feel as if you have entered a car garage. Car parts, old items, tyres, etc. are lying in an ugly fashion inside the house. The tyres are present even in the kitchen. This house has been listed for sale on a website called Moved, but there is no information about what is inside the house.
The comment section of the post on the website is filled with the reviews of the potential purchasers of the house. As per reports, one of the users said that he knows some car garage owners who would be impressed after seeing such a house. The only thing written in the website description is that this place is comfortable, spacious, and has high ceilings. Parking is also provided outside the house. The rooms of the house are claimed to be quite big.
