A baker decided to construct a hyper-realistic cake resembling every non-veg lover’s favourite dish, Tandoori Chicken, and the result is unbelievable.

Irrespective of age, cakes are everyone’s favourite and cake artists have been coming up with some incredible ideas. Hyper-realistic cakes are one of them and they look astonishingly lifelike. At first glance, it’s impossible to tell whether it’s a real object or a delectable dessert. These cakes became so famous that they sparked the ‘Everything is cake’ trend, and everyone began experimenting. This time, a baker decided to construct a hyper-realistic cake of every non veg lover’s favourite dish, Tandoori Chicken.

Dayeeta Pal posted a video of her hyper-realistic cake on her Instagram account. The video begins with a perfectly grilled tandoori chicken piece displayed next to a bowl of salad and a glass of soft drink. The next moment, the baker reveals it’s actually a cake as she slices the piece in the middle with a butter knife and a fork, revealing vanilla fondant and chocolate filling. Dayeeta was meticulous in her attention to detail, as seen by her ability to create the greasy, roasted, orangish brown skin with minor charred patches. Furthermore, the bone section of the piece was executed with great precision. In the caption, the baker wrote, “Another day when the tandoori chicken I couldn’t wait to dig in, turned into cake. This realistic cake is definitely one of my favourites. What do you think?”

The video has gone viral in no time and gained about 7.6 million views and a slew of reactions.

A user stated, “Lovely, you tricked me for sure,” while another exclaimed, “Oh My God, Woww is an understatement, seriously. I ‘ve always been impressed by your work but this…this is next level.”

Another user sarcastically said, “I was never more disappointed to see a hyperrealistic cake to be a cake than to find such good roasted chicken to be cake. Just wow. Mind blown.” A person joked saying, “Chicken k saath masti nai.”

On the other hand, chicken lovers were not impressed. A user mentioned, “I’m throwing punches If I cut into my tandoori chicken and find cake. But many think this as a suitable option to trick vegetarians.” “Let’s confuse vegetarians,” expressed one while another commented, “Finally vegetarians can eat chicken.”

Many also inquired, “How did you create this?” Would You like to try this Tandoori Chicken Cake?

What's your reaction?
