Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan is well known for his welfare schemes for women during his tenure with the state government. The women consider Chouhan as “Bhaiyya” (brother) and “Mama” (maternal uncle). His former Lok Sabha constituency was Vidisha, which is approximately 55 km away from Bhopal. Recently, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a heartwarming video with a kid. The sweet gesture of Chouhan has captured the interest of many.
The clip opens to show a kid with a flower in his hand trying to climb the stage where Shivraj Singh Chouhan is delivering a speech. The former chief minister can be seen helping that kid. As the video goes on, Chouhan hugs that kid on the stage and picks him up in his arms. The kid greets Chouhan with the flower. Later, Chouhan can be seen giving a peck on the kid’s cheeks. Sharing the video on X, Shivraj Singh Chouhan wrote, “Love you Beta.” Reportedly, this moment was captured in an event where the former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh was invited.

The video was uploaded on X on March 6, 2024, a day after Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s birthday. Since being shared it has accumulated close to 115k views and around 8k likes. Several people flooded the comments section of the post with birthday wishes and appreciation. “ये तो आपने कमाया है मामा जी (This is what you have earned Uncle), wrote an X user.” “Happy birthday to Senior BJP leader and Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Hon’ble Shri @ChouhanShivraj Mama Ji,” wished an X user. “This is the love and affection of the people which you have earned,” commented a third. “You are a great person,” added a fourth.
