A video showing residents of two Pune societies throwing stones at one another is going viral. The dispute over a shared wall is said to have triggered stone-pelting at the Pristine Pacific Society on Narhe Road in Dalvi Nagar.
The video quickly went viral, as the internet struggled to comprehend what exactly was happening. Meanwhile, the date of the incident could not be confirmed.

On June 13, Pune’s Hadapsar police detained a 25-year-old man for hurling a stone at a statue in Sasanenagar Chowk on the night of June 12. Following the incident, tensions soared in the area. Even locals gathered in huge numbers and handed over a memorandum to police, seeking the arrest of the perpetrator.
Meanwhile, another group of people staged a rasta roko at Gadital Chowk in Hadapsar, requesting that the police take strong action against the person responsible for causing law and order problems.
