Kerala: Bill on Right to Services soon, says CM
CM Oommen Chandy has said that the government would introduce the Bill for the timely delivery of its services.

Kasargod: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Saturday said that the government would introduce a Bill on Right to Services soon for the timely delivery of the services provided at various government offices.

He was speaking at the state-level inauguration of the Saankhya Software developed by the Information Kerala Mission (IKM) here on Kumbla panchayat compound.

"Though we have advanced in every sector, the common man still has to knock the doors of the government offices for many of their needs. This scenario should be changed and a more people-friendly administration should be brought in," he added.

The CM also launched the online owner certificate services on the occasion. The district is the first Local Self-governing institution in the country to implement the double entry accounting and approval system.
