The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced job opportunities for the position of Circle-Based Officers (CBOs), with the application process commencing today, November 22, and scheduled to conclude on December 12. SBI CBO Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: A candidate should have a graduation degree from any field from the recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government including IDD. In addition, candidates with qualifications in Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Cost Accountancy are also eligible to apply.

Age limit: The age of the applicant should be from 21 to 30 years old by October 31.

SBI CBO Recruitment 2023: Application fees

General category applicants must pay an application fee of Rs 750. However, no fee is required from those under SC, ST, or PwBD categories.

SBI CBO Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern

The online test for SBI CBO Recruitment 2023 is scheduled for January 2024. The recruitment process entails a comprehensive selection process, comprising an online test, a screening interview, and a job interview. The online test includes both an Objective Test, carrying 120 marks, and a Descriptive Test, with a weightage of 50 marks. The Objective Test is followed by a Descriptive Test that assesses candidates’ proficiency in the English language, involving tasks such as Letter Writing and essay composition.

For the Descriptive Test, candidates are required to provide written responses by typing them into a computer, and these answers are subsequently scanned through a barcode reader as part of the evaluation process.

The Objective Test takes two hours and there are four sections with a total of 120 marks. This will be done for every section, using a timing allocated. There is a Descriptive Test which is conducted for 30 minutes and has an aggregate of 50 marks and it measures a student’s language skills.
