The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) has issued an information booklet for the Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2024. The JEE Advanced 2024 registration procedure will commence on April 21 on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. Details about the test, such as eligibility requirements and registration fees, are included in the JEE Advanced 2024 information pamphlet. IIT Madras will host JEE Advanced in 2024 to shortlist applicants for admission to multiple Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) across India. The date of the JEE Advanced 2024 examination has been set for May 26.
According to the most recent information bulletin released, the JEE Advanced application fee for 2024 has been hiked up for all categories. The JEE Advanced is administered by seven zonal coordinating IITs on behalf of the Joint Admission Board 2024.
JEE Advanced 2024: Eligibility Criteria
–– Applicants must rank within the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main 2024 qualifying candidates in all categories.
–– The JEE Advanced 2024 applicants must have been born on or after October 1, 1999. Candidates from the SC, ST, and PWD categories are granted a five-year age relaxation. Those who wish to apply from this category must have been born on October 1, 1994, or later.
–– A candidate can sit for JEE Advanced not more than twice in two consecutive years.
–– Physics, chemistry, and maths are required subjects for the Class 12 exam, which the applicant must have appeared for either in 2023 or 2024.

The schedule for JEE Advanced 2024 indicates that the admit card will be issued out on May 17. The tentative answer keys will be released on June 2 by IIT Madras, while the JEE Advanced result 2024 will be announced on June 9.
The AAT 2024 will be held on June 12, with the results expected on June 15. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) procedure is expected to begin on June 10.
