Salman Khan left his mark at the box office with the release of his much-awaited Tiger 3. With its phenomenal opening collections of 44.50 Cr., the film emerged as the best Diwali day opener so far at the box office. Moreover, the audience also got to witness Salman Khan’s best performance of his career in the film. The actor recently opened up about his way of working and how he doesn’t keep track of anyone’s box office numbers.
Speaking with the entertainment portal PinkVilla, Salman Khan shared, “I don’t believe in going out and gossiping, bitching about people, tracking-following iska kya ho raha hai uska kya ho raha hai uske kya numbers hain uske kya numbers hain (following and tracking about other contemporaries’ box-office numbers).”
He added, “I don’t believe in all these things. I just concentrate on what we’re doing, ours. So even the people who come home are those people who are working with me, have worked with me, or are working with me currently or some people who are going to work with me ahead, and of course I have a set of 4-5 friends who’ve been there since time unknown and that’s my life.”
Salman Khan is currently enjoying the success of his latest release, Tiger 3. As of today, the movie is the fourth-highest grosser in 2023. It also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in an important role. Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film is surely living up to the popularity of its last two installments. With the box office success, Salman Khan has surely maintained his stature as one of the superstars in the industry. Interestingly, the actor himself does not want to recognise him to be a superstar.
The hugely anticipated Tiger 3 features Salman Khan in the lead alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. The film, helmed by Maneesh Sharma, was released in cinemas on November 12th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
