Amitabh Bachchan remembers friend and co-star Deven Varma

Ahmedabad: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who shared screen space with actor Deven Varma in many films including superhits 'Kabhie Kabhie' and 'Silsila', said his 'friend' brought smiles to many faces.Varma passed away yesterday morning at his residence in Pune following a heart attack. He was 78.Bachchan, 72, had also worked in 'Kabutar' and 'Besharam' which were among those produced and directed by Varma.The 'Bhootnath Returns' star is currently in Ahmedabad shooting his upcoming movie 'Piku', which talks about the relationship of a father and daughter.
