The teaser for the highly anticipated Malayalam film Oru Jaathi Jathakam has finally been released by the makers, generating significant buzz among the audience. The teaser, which runs for 50 seconds, was unveiled on March 4 on the official YouTube channel of its production banner, Mahasubair Varnachithra. Following the teaser release, the makers also unveiled the official poster of the film later last month, adding to the excitement surrounding its release.
The teaser offers a glimpse into the world of Oru Jaathi Jathakam, showcasing a mix of emotional drama, a hint of violence and moments of light-heartedness. Towards the end of the teaser, the main character, Jayesh, appears to be caught in a dilemma involving multiple women, setting the stage for an intriguing narrative. The description accompanying the teaser video reads, “Get ready for a sneak peek into the whirlwind world of Jayesh in this teaser – it’s about to get wild!"

Directed by M. Mohanan, Oru Jaathi Jathakam features an ensemble cast including Vineeth Sreenivasan, Nikhila Vimal, Babu Antony, P P Kunhikrishnan, Mridul Nair, Vidhu Prathap, Sayanora Philip, Kayadu Lohar, Renji Kankol, Amal Thaha, Indu Thampi, Rejitha Madhu and others. The film is produced by Maha Subair under the banner of Varnachithra, with Sainudheen serving as the executive producer.
The technical crew of the film includes Guna Balasubramanian handling the music, Viswajit Odukkathil as the cinematographer and Ranjan Abraham as the editor. Rakesh Mantodi and Sharesh Malayankandy have co-written the story, while Rohan Parakkad, Nirmal Varghese, and Samar Sirajjudin serve as assistant directors. Makeup is done by Shaji Pulpally and costume design is done by Rafi Kannadiparamba.
