Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan was on cloud nine after Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to bag the IPL 2024 winner title. Held in Chennai, Shah Rukh was seen joining KKR players on the ground to celebrate the win. In photos gone viral, SRK joined KKR players to pose with the trophy. The superstar, who was recently discharged from the hospital following a case of heat stroke and dehydration, was seen sporting his biggest smile.
After posing for photos with KKR captain Shreyas Iyer and other members, Shah Rukh also seemingly recreated a photo that he and Gauri Khan took a decade ago, when KKR last won the IPL title. A fan club pointed out that like 10 years ago, Shah Rukh and Gauri came together to pose with the IPL winner cup. Sharing the photo on Instagram, Gauri wrote, “Winners.”

Shah Rukh did not shy away from showing his love to Gauri at the KKR vs SRH match. As soon as the match came to end, with KKR declared the winners, Shah Rukh hugged Gauri and even planted a kiss on her forehead. The couple, visibly emotional, celebrated the winning moment with their children. The video of his celebration went viral.
Besides showing Gauri his love, Shah Rukh also appeared to be emotional as his daughter, actress Suhana Khan gave him a hug. The Archies star, who was also fighting back tears, hugged Shah Rukh and asked him if he was happy. She then told him that she was extremely happy with the win. Suhana stood by Shah Rukh’s side throughout the IPL tournament. His son Aryan Khan was also seen in his best spirit, celebrating the win with Suhana, AbRam and the family members.
Following the win, Shah Rukh was seen greeting every KKR member and their family members. He was also seen taking pictures with a few members of the SRH team.
