Days after undergoing surgery, Rakhi Sawant is now in recovery mode. Recently, her former husband, Ritesh, took to his Instagram handle and dropped a video of Rakhi from the hospital. In the clip, Rakhi Sawant is seen trying to walk with the help of a few nurses. The actress cries in pain and hesitates initially. However, she then walks but appears to be in extreme pain. Ritesh cheers for her as he also records the video.
Sharing the video on his Instagram handle, Ritesh wrote, “Mai bahut khus hu ,rakhi je jaldi he hamare beech hongi. Aaj unko initial walk karte dekh acha laga. Thanks to god and Janta (I am very happy. Rakhi will be amongst us soon. Felt good today after watching her walk). Watch the video here:

Soon after the video was shared, Rakhi Sawant’s fans rushed to the comments section to wish her a speedy recovery. “God bless you jaldi thik ho jao fir apni nautanki chalu karo,” one of the fans wrote. “Get well soon di❤️,” added another.
For the unversed, Rakhi Sawant underwent surgery after doctors discovered a tumour in her uterus. Previously, Ritesh had also shared that her surgery was successful. “Some people were laughing a lot. I think such people are inhuman who make a mockery of somebody’s pain. (shows a photo of a tumour) See how big this rumour is. Rakhi, you don’t worry, we’ll take care of you. Some people are still making baseless statements and trying to defame you. Let me tell them, your time is over,” he said.
However, in an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, Rakhi Sawant’s former husband Adil Khan Durrani claimed that her hospitalisation was merely a drama in order to escape jail in the leak video case. “Doctors haven’t said anything. We don’t know which hospital she is in. If it is a heart attack, I think patients generally need oxygen masks but she (Rakhi Sawant) does not have that too. She is doing this only because she has to surrender to the cops soon. This is only a drama to escape going to jail,” he told us.
Rakhi Sawant has been booked for offences under Sections 500, 504 and 34, pertaining to defamation and complicity in criminal intent respectively of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with Section 67(A) of the Information and Technology Act (IT Act) for electronically disseminating sexually explicit videos involving Adil.
