Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2 Team Attacked by a Swarm of Bees in Prayagraj, Chetan Hansraj Also Affected

In a shocking turn of events, the unit of television show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya were attacked by a swarm of honey bees while shooting in Ghoorpoor, Prayagraj. According to a report, the incident happened after some kids, who were watching the shoot, threw stones at a bee-hive nearby.

According to a source quoted in Times of India, while everyone rushed to safety, more than ten technicians got injured in the incident. Two people were rushed to the hospital after being seriously stung by bees.

Actor Chetan Hansraj, who plays a pivotal role, was present during the incident. He said, “Never in my life have I seen a scene like this. There was this man all covered with bees running towards me during the shoot. Thankfully there was a water body near us and I kept on shouting to him to jump in it as the bees would have spared him then. He was in pain. In fact, three bees also stung me, one literally entered by ear. I manage to escape as I jumped into a car near-by. Bee stings are really painful, I remember getting stung by them as a child.”

He added that first-aid was given to all of them and then they were shifted to a new location where they shot for the remaining part.

The show also stars Pooja Gor and Arhaan Behll in lead roles. The show will be the sequel of the popular TV series, and will air in Star Bharat.
