Malaika Arora and sister Amrita came together at their parents’ home to celebrate Onam. The sisters reunited with the family after five months due to the coronavirus lockdown. Malaika shared a photo of their Sadya spread, with mom Joyce and sister Amrita.

The delicious spread was prepared by their mom Joyce Arora, who is known for her impressive culinary skills. The traditional feast had food served on banana leaves.

Mallika Singh, niece of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has given a strongly-worded reply to a tweet by Telugu actress Lakshmi Manchu that criticised the media trials of actress Rhea Chakraborty, and asks the film industry to stand up for a colleague. Mallika claimed she is surprised that people are suddenly remembering what standing up for a colleague means.

Earlier on Monday, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu had re-tweeted Lakshmi’s post, agreeing with her.

Telugu star Samantha Akkineni has joined the cast of Raj and DK’s hit Amazon Prime show The Family Man in the second season. The series is based on the life of a anti-terror squad officer, played by Manoj Bajpayee, and the first season was quite successful for its storytelling and theme.

Now, Samantha is also on board the series, however the nature of her role is not certain as of now. She recently dubbed for the project and in a Instagram live session, descried season two of Family Man as ‘kick-a**’. Since, Samantha has approved of the series, fans can’t seem to catch up on new episodes sooner than later.

Actor Chadwick Boseman, star of Marvel Studios’ film Black Panther passed away at the age of 43 on Saturday. Family, fans, and co-stars have been mourning the loss and are remembering the actor by sharing their fond memories with him. Paying tribute to the talented actor, Marvel Studios shared a four-minute-forty-three-seconds video on their official social media handles. Titled, A Tribute for a King, the video includes behind-the-scenes footage and cast interviews from Boseman’s time as Black Panther. It also has clips of him attending the comic-cons and other promotional events.

While Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios called Boseman an amazing actor in the video, Black Panther director Ryan Coogler says the latter was incredible and gifted.

Ever since the Coronavirus lockdown started, actor Sonu has been helping migrant workers stuck in different parts of the country reach their respective homes. He has also helped people in need, through his helpline and social media.

Now, the actor has sent shoes to an athlete named Manoj, who has been training for the Olympics with borrowed branded shoes from his friends. Manoj had taken to Twitter and reached out to Sonu. He wrote, “@SonuSood sir my family economic conditions is not good and my game is all over the world so plzz sir do help and support me and my game.”
