Janhvi Kapoor’s Pilates Coach Namrata Purohit Is Cheering For Her ‘Always Literally’

Janhvi Kapoor and her Pilates coach Namrata Purohit share a warm bond. If anyone needs to be credited for Janhvi’s toned body and impressive fitness routine, it has to be Namrata. On various occasions, we have seen the duo expressing their admiration for each other. In a recent post, the fitness coach shared a heartfelt note for the actress ‘cheering’ for her. It, indeed, screams pure friendship goals.

Dropping a picture of herself with Janhvi Kapoor, Namrata Purohit wrote, “Always cheering you on. whether it’s during our workouts or in life! I’ve got your back.. literally.” In the snapshot, the actress flaunted her toned legs and perfect body, wearing a lavender sports bra and cycling shorts. With a no-makeup look and hair tied in a bun, Janhvi kept her gym look understated. On the other hand, Namrata sported all-black active wear in the picture.

It has been nearly six years ever since Janhvi Kapoor started her Pilates practice. To commemorate the actress for her dedication to fitness, Namrata Purohit previously dropped a post on Instagram, expressing love for the actress in an elaborate note. She wrote, “Pilates with one of my favourites. Pilates Girl, Janhvi Kapoor It’s been almost 6 years of training together. I’ve seen you through so many different roles and phases and it’s been such an incredible journey! I’m so proud of everything you have achieved so far.. and we still have a long way to go together. I look forward to all the fun we are going to have, our crazy training sessions and always working towards being the best, healthiest and fittest version ever. Love you.” With the guidance of her fitness trainer, Janhvi Kapoor could be seen nailing some complex exercises in the pictures attached to the post.

Meanwhile, Namrata Purohit’s post comes on the day when Janhvi Kapoor’s film Ulajh hit the theatres. It was directed by Sudhanshu Saria and produced by Vineet Jain. Amrita Pandey also co-produced the film. Besides Janhvi, Ulajh also stars Roshan Mathew, Gulshan Devaiah, Adil Hussain, Meiyang Chang and Rajesh Tailang in the lead roles.

Next up for Janhvi Kapoor is Devara with Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. Reportedly, she has also been roped in for a film with Ram Charan. Fans will also get to see her in Shashank Khaitan’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, co-starring Varun Dhawan.
