Actress Ankita Lokhande, who came in third place on Bigg Boss 17, talked about her tough time on the show with her husband Vicky Jain. In a recent interview, she said watching the show again is hard for her. She also mentioned dealing with anxiety after leaving Bigg Boss and trying to feel better.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Ankita shared her feelings about people talking about her relationship with Vicky. “It still hurts. I am not recovering from it, and it’s not because of anybody else, it’s because of us. I saw some of my scenes and I was just telling Vicky yesterday that you know we have fun and we say things like, ‘I will hit you’ in jest. But on the TV, it looked so exaggerated. Now when I see it, it impacts me so much that I do not like it because we talk to each other as friends, so it feels okay. But it’s come with such force on TV that it’s traumatic, it’s not healthy to watch, it’s not nice to watch. Whatever we did, we did it ourselves, no one else was there, we were fighting there, but somewhere there’s a lot of love in that fight too,” Ankita said.
In an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Ankita also addressed the backlash and slammed those who judged her relationship with Vicky. “Once I came out, there was media, questions. There was a pressure. Nobody is putting that pressure on you but you feel pressured. People are judging your relationship. We know what kind of relationship we share. We know our bond very well. There (Bigg Boss 17 house) I said certain things, he (Vicky Jain) said certain things. I don’t want people to judge us on that because I am not judging any relationship,” Ankita said.
The couple faced a lot of backlash on social media after they had several ugly fights on the show.
