1993 serial blast convict Sanjay Dutt to walk out of Yerwada jail by February end

After multiple paroles and furloughs, actor Sanjay Dutt might get more concessions. Owing to 'good behaviour', Sanjay Dutt may be able to avail a 114 days of remission. This means, Sanjay whose jail term ends in October 2016, may be able to get a release as early as February 2016.

Earlier this year Sanjay Dutt returned two days late from his parole as the Jail Department did not accept or reject his concession plea.

CNN-IBN had reported that Home Department did not find Sanjay Dutt at fault for this delay.

Sanjay was sent to prison for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.
