On Tuesday, Meera Udayakumar appeared before the JM Chrystal Babitha. Advocates, including P Senthil Kumar and Ramesh, from the Advocates’ Forum Against Nuclear Plant, appeared on behalf of Udayakumar and his wife.The prosecution side prayed to issue NBW against Udayakumar for failing to appear, while Udayakumar’s advocates argued though the summons were issued on September 10, they were served on September 13 only.
