KOCHI: Fort Kochi police arrested a person on Sunday from Mattanchery for snatching the bag of a foreign tourist. The arrested is Rubeesh, 35, snatched the bag of Elison Jane, a British, at Fort Kochi beach on Saturday. Rubeesh was remanded in judicial custody.
