Teachers, trainers, students and everyone with a passion for narrative arts walked in for the workshop on ‘The Art of Storytelling’ with internationally acclaimed storyteller Jo Blake Cave.
Organised by the Oxford Bookstore and British Council, Jo Blake Cave shared tips on ways to develop and improve storytelling with the help of a repertoire of folktale, fairytale and mythical stories.
The participants learned ways to imagine, deconstruct and reconstruct a story and identification of a story type.
The session highlighted the relationship between the story, audience and the story teller.
