Take wife after she turns 21, HC tells man

BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday told a man to allow his wife to be with her parents and take her after she turns 21.
Sandeep (name changed), an employee of a travel agency and Gowri (20) (name changed), a BE III semester student hailing from Madenahalli in Maddur taluk of Mandya district had married recently. Following a habeas corpus petition filed by the girl's parents stating that their daughter had gone missing and mentioning Sandeep as one of the respondents, the couple was produced before a division bench comprising Justice N Ananda and Justice Vegi Suri Appa Rao.
