The South Western Railways aims to recruit candidates for the posts of Junior Engineer/Drawing, Design & Estimation in various departments like Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Signal and Telecom. Interested and eligible candidates must apply for the relevant post on or before June17, 2018 by following the instructions given below:

Step 1 – Visit the official website - http://www.rrchubli.in/

Step 2 – Click on ‘Online Application for the post of Junior Engineer / Drawing, Design & Estimation in various departments like Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Signal and Telecom in Level - 6 of 7th CPC through General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE)’ on the home page

Step 3 – Click on ‘New Registration’ to register yourself

Step 4 – Login with required credentials like Registration ID and password

Step 5 – Fill the application form and submit

Step 6 – Download the confirmation page and take a print out for future reference

Eligibility Criteria:

Electrical - The applicant must possess 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Civil Engineering - The applicant must possess 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc in Civil Engineering of 3 years duration or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Mechanical – The applicant must possess 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/  Electronics /Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Machining/ Instrumentation & Control/ Tools & Machining/ Tools & Die Making/Automobile/Production Engineering.

Signal & Telecom - The applicant must possess 3 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Communication Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.

Age Limit:

The age of the applicants should not be more than 42 years as on the date of notification.  Age relaxation will be given as per the current norms.

Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT).
