The Kerala NGO Association has asked the government employees to reject the strike called by a section of employees on Tuesday, as it is politically motivated.
In a statement issued, association general secretary K V Murali said that the strike on August 21 is the first in the series of protests in store for the UDF government by the CPM.
He accused the Leftist service organisations of playing to the tune of the CPM on August 16, as they walked out of the meeting without listening to the Chief Minister’s reply.
He reminded the BJP that the contributory pension scheme has been put into practice in states where they are in power.
