Poetry collection released

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An anthology of poems ‘Pranayathinte padapustakam’ by Kamalalayam Rajan was released the other day at a function held at Press Club hall. The programme was organised by the Centre for Film Gender and Cultural Studies, which is a cultural organisation. The book was released by poet Murukan Kattakkada by handing over a copy to T N Seema MP.  The preface has been written by Murukan Kattakkada and appreciation by K G Sooraj. Paridhi has published the book, which is the first poetry collection of Rajan. The book has 25 poems, mostly dwelling on the theme of love and parting and on the various facets of life intensified by emotions. Poet Kureepuzha Sreekumar was the chief guest at the function.
