Around 400 families participated in the Old Students-Teachers Meet 2012 of Sir Robert Bristow Government High School, Willingdon Island, organised on the school premises on Tuesday.
Former headmistress Vimaladevi Thangachi inaugurated the function. Sasi Kumar presided over it. The old teachers were honoured on the occasion.
Condolences were offered to students and teachers who are no more. Many teachers offered felicitations. School headmistress Radhamani welcomed the gathering.
The programme turned out to be a family get-together with a slew of cultural programmes. It commenced at 10 am and concluded at 4 pm with plans of having many more such meets.
