TM Bhagalpur University (TMBU) is looking forward to diversify its academic programmes. The post-graduation department of English has proposed to set up Tilka Majhi Centre for Culture and Innovative Studies to run three PG courses diploma in translation studies, post graduate diploma in journalism and mass communication besides post graduate diploma in English and business communication. The proposal for the new course has been approved by the TMBU syndicate and academic council.
Muzaaffarpur: MIT girl students protest against eve teasing
Girl students of Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology (MIT) sat on dharna on Friday in protest against the inaction by college authorities even after lodging repeated complaints. The girls alleged that despite bringing up the issue to the college authorities, they have not taken the complaints seriously.
