Mumbai sitting duck for terror attacks

In 1993, Dawood Ibrahim carried out the worst-ever terror strike on India when 13 simultaneous explosions rocked Mumbai. He brought in 7,000 kg of explosives from the sea to carry out those attacks. 13 years after the horrfic attacks, CNN-IBN Special Investigation Team finds that gaping holes in Mumbai's security arrmour still exist, as it 'smuggles'-in 'explosives' for another attack.

All this, while the Coast Guard, the Navy and ONGC claim to be cautious and ready.
